Shipping Information

1.If you wish to cancel your order:

  1. you can send an email to support@worldinlive.com before we ship the goods to you;
  2. if goods have already been shipped, you can return the products to us in accordance with the information below.

2. We accept return and exchange. You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 7 days of the receipt for an exchange. The cost of the return and sending will be paid by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will exchange your product.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to below will not apply in the following circumstances: -

  1. The product has been used.
  2. The product has been customized for you.

5. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.

6. If you are not at home when the products arrive, the delivery company may send it again 1 or 2 times. If you are not at home again. They may send it back to us. You'll have to pay a shipping fee for us to deliver the products back to you.

7. Business Days are defined as: Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays. Once your order ships, it will take 1 to 14 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your address location.

8. Return authorization is required for any returned merchandise. You can contact us for more details.

9. If you provide us incomplete address information and your products get sent back to us, you will need to pay a shipping fee for us to send it back to you.
